I found a list of all the documented CAFOs in Pennsylvania and New York.
I’m sure other states have a document like these as well. If it helps: I found the PA document by searching a specific farm which had “CAFO” in its name and the document was a search result. I found the New York one by finding a map of NY which showed which areas have a lot of CAFOs and I emailed them asking if they had a list of all the CAFOs, it took them a month to respond but its very helpful.
