Still under investigation. Breeding/ testing facility located in Turlock, Ca that tests flea and tic medications on dogs and cats. Residents in the area complain of the company picking up stray animals off the street and testing on them. Turlock animal shelter has a sign posted that animals from there may end up being used for experiments. There are approximately 250 dogs and 110 cats.
